This is what I have on now only in BLACK, needs fixed on pass side(mine)

This is the one that I really like the look of ... and for those of you that dont know mine is in BLACK
So being an Xtreme it would be the only chrome other then the wheels and head/L besel ... I think that this would be a HOT look ??

This is the other piece that I have lay'n around I might use
just need Toy bummer and then some modded brackets to mount(looks to be about the same width as the X )

If you ever plan on installing airbags you will regret having such a big kit. All the more likely to catch on something and rip off. my $0.02

Think it will be an extra 2" drop all the way around for the coming season ... then bags the season after that (maybe over next winter) .. I dont really plan on draggin', just to lay plastic when she is at rest. Just to get some ideas going is all ... off season when you dont have a garage is a b!t*h

I vote for the first one. The middle one to me suits a more square body style with its hard angles. Since the trucks are roundy I think the first one would look better.

I dont have a first gen air dam .... the air dam in the bottom pic is from a stillen kit for a early 90 style Toyota preTACO truck.

But it is for sale if you are interested in it ??? MAKE ME AN OFFER ... not sure if you can even get this any more ... might be something if someone wanted to do a retro 90's TOY or when they did the first gen dimes they would put the toy bumper on it becasue it looked cleaner then the chevy one at the time.

Love the LQQK of this one, really starting to grow on me ...

Anyone know where a guy can get the front stock Xtreme air dam for a fairly good price ..... think that I will get an FleEBay bumper ...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FRONT-CHROM...sQ5fAccessories
under 2 bills to my door wouldnt be bad for the bumper(new) they get ya on the shipping, but it isnt bad is it ?
.... what are the chances of finding something good (used) at the wreckers ?
... and then what do you think they (wreckers) would want ??

thinking that it might be a pretty good bill to turn it back to stock if a guy doesnt get a decent price

That's crap, 100 to ship to Canada, it doesn't cost that much more, and then you have to pay dutiews and taxes on top of that.

I just found out I dont think that I even have a bummper behind the cover that is on there now .... will have to wait untill it gets a little warmer and drill out the TWO rivets that are holding the whole thing on ... yes just two rivets LOL .... then I will know for sure if there is a bummper behind it or exactly what is there .... the one that I have on there is broken on the corner and I tell ya if it wasnt black it would look like crap ..... on the hunt for a stock bummper, so if anyone comes across one let me know ... not sure if I want the stock air dam or the Xenon one that looks like a big mouth LOL .... either way I a sure that I will need a stock bumper so I know where I will have to start.

Dont comment on the rusty bummper, I know I have seen it LOL .... just tell me what you think of that air dam ????

I just have it held on with a couple of vise grips, so it is a little lop sided , but you get the effect ... Buddy come over said it looks perfect ..... Wife ... kinda likes the look of the rounded one that was on it ...... Tell me what you think ? ... I, myself was just surprized that it looked as tight at it does .... all things considered. This is a Stillen Air Dam ... Are they even around anymore ??

I like the fifth picture down (red one ).. As for your trial fit of air dam, I think the air dam looks too square to match up with your rounded front end. Air Dam looks concave and should be a convex imo.

It is just kinda hanging there with two pair of vise grips .... so I have a little play that I can work with .... it for sure looks a little better when I pull it out in the middle and pull it up a little ..... but I do agree that I like the exposed chrome bummper ... but more than one person says it takes away from the monochromatic look of the ALL blacked out look.....

Love the Chrome bummper with the stocker air dam .... like this look .... but I might just run what I have for this season and it will give me something to change next year .... the thing with the Toyota air dam is .... I know I will be the only one with this application biggrin.gif
And in everyway but the squared look from the one angle makes it look like it is saposta be there !
