forgive me as I have no idea how to text ... you did offer to help install and I might just take you up on that ... but what I need first and formost is the drive vibe fixxed and then a place to do the brakes after I get them .... if it bolts on as easy as I have seen on the net ... shouldnt take more then a 8 hour day or so to do it all. Not sure on how much plumbin is needed for the rears thou ... is it close to plug and play, or do I have to run new lines from the front?

Um I dont know if all that info is correct
I did a rear disc swap from a 2000 4x4 jimmy onto a 95 s10
I had to space the backing plates out about 1/4" otherwise the rotor will sit to far outwards in the caliper bracket.
I know the 4x4 diffs are 52" plate to plate where the 2wd s10 diffs are 48" plate to plate
thats just my .02$ id just hate to see you throw it all together and have my issue of "crap the caliper wont go on"

Doesnt it have a fill bolt you just take out like on the oil pan ? ... or a breather hole on top ... there has to be some fix or mod to get around this ?

on the GM 7.5" and 8.5" there is a plug on the upper right side (passenger side) of the pumpkin use a ratchet with a 3/8" extension to remove this plug. fill with manufacturer specified fluid, until full, replace plug.
ive noticed most fords have the same style of plug to fill the diff
dodge and quite a few imports have the plug on the cover of the diff, kinda 2/3 of the way up

id say filling the diff is the EASIEST part of the rear disc conversion
